Nondiscriminatory Policy

Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy as to Students

Latham Christian Academy (hereinafter “LCA”) admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

As a religious entity, LCA is legally permitted to make enrollment decisions based upon religious criteria, including doctrinal and lifestyle issues. It is the policy of LCA to enroll students who subscribe without reservation to LCA’s Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct and who are living out these doctrines and standards in all areas of their lives, both at and away from ministry functions. LCA does not discriminate in enrollment on the basis of race, color, sex (as determined at birth and not subject to change), national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
